As the 2010 winner of Best Cute Clothes from the Austin Chronicle, Prototype doesn’t look like a vintage store at first glance. Their south Congress shop is stocked with vintage furniture, jewelry, glassware and apparel for men and women, but they definitely cater to the ladies. You’ll find resurging fashions from a variety of decades, but most are from the 60s and 80s.
